CLOTHING ALTERATION AND REPAIR POLICY

Please read our cancellation and refund policies below for details. We understand that your garments (dresses, blouses, pants, etc) are very important for your special occasion, our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our specialized services have a process in order to ensure our delivery standards. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window, once the alteration or repair process begins (this is usually early on the same day or the day after you dropped it off) we reserve the right to have any orders canceled more than 24 hours. Once your garments are finished, picked it up, or taken it out of our location, it can no longer be canceled. Please, be sure to try in your garments before you pick it up. Clothing dropped off must be clean. Fifty percent deposit is requested.
